Apartment convenient to all services (shops, taxis, buses, discos, pubs) very close to the sandy beach of Es Pujols. The apartment has a balcony with side sea view, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which with direct access from the bedroom), also in the living room there is a kitchenette. The apartment can therefore accommodate 2. Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, safe and wifi Internet connection. The price includes all expenses (initial and final cleaning, sheets, towels and consumption of water, gas and electricity). Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on car, scooter and bicycle rental. During the stay no tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are provided.

Cinque stelle!

Appartamento in una posizione strategica in quanto si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia di es pujols e da tutti i negozi e ristoranti. La casa è stupenda, con due bagni dotati entrambi di doccia . Balconcino vista mare . Lavatrice. Dotata ogni confort. Proprietaria disponibile e cordiale. Consigliato assolutamente!!!

Eine oaze mitte in der stadt

Diese wohnung verdient 12 sterne von 10,ich habe mein aufenhalt sogar verlängert,so herrlich hat es mir gefallen.die lage ist top,die christina eine super nette frau,die wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet,handtücher haufenweise gerichtet,alles frisch,in jedem raum eine super funktionierende klima,wifi bereit,sconto für fähre und moto für einheimische preise,bis zu letztem detail war alles vor der reise geklärt,ich habe mich jedes mal auf die wohnung gefreut weil sie eine abkühlung mit 2 dusche bietet,alles neu renoviert,platz zum schlafen für 4-6 personen,küche,waschmaschine,bettwäsche alles bereit.keine zusätzliche kosten wie es oft passiert.ich war schon 6 mal in es pujols,aber das war schönste wohung von allen für nicht übertriebene preise und sehr professionel geführt.bedanke mich für schöne zeit in formentera.empfehle für alle die privat suchen,grosse plus war dass die strasse abends gesperrt für verkehr ist,also nur füssgängerzone unter balkon.ich werde bestimmt zurückkommen.

Correspondeu totalmente as expectativas

Passei uma semana com 4 amigos neste apartamento e posso dizer que tudo correspondeu as fotografias anunciadas. O apartamento está bem localizado, perto das praias mais importantes, perto de supermercado e talho e perto também de lojas de aluguer de automóveis e motos. Recomendo vivamente a estadia neste apartamento para quem pretende passar uma temporada em formentera. O único ponto negativo foi não existir “mantimentos” básicos. Para uma semana e 5 pessoas só havia 2 rolos de papel higiénico. Além disso, também não existia líquido para lavar os pratos e outros básicos da cozinha como azeite, sal ou pimenta. Porém tudo isto não estragou as nossas férias visto que existe um supermercado mesmo por baixo do apartamento. O Wi-Fi também não era o melhor mas não foi motivo de queixa, visto que estávamos em modo de férias e relax.

Bella ma con particolari scadenti

Buona la posizione, anche se molto rumoroso, nel complesso casa ben organizzata, luminosa, ottimi i bagni però a questi prezzi ci sono cose inaccettabili: materasso camera matrimoniale con molle che ti si conficcano nel corpo, forse è un po’ che non viene cambiato, Wi-Fi inesistente, del resto è condiviso con altri appartamenti....

Abitazione in ottime condizioni e in un'ottima posizione (nel centro di es pujols e a due passi dal mare)!!! Ho trovato molto utile l'aver trovato già degli ombrelloni a disposizione, ci siamo evitati di comprarli. I bagni non hanno la finestra ma hanno una ventola molto efficiente (mi ha sorpreso). Perfetta anche l'aria condizionata in tutta la casa

Appartamentino pulito e carino in pieno centro, a 2 minuti a piedi dal mare. Perfetto x due, massimo tre persone per spazi ridotti (valigie e vestiti). Da consigliare ad amici. Siamo soddisfatti della scelta.

Casa esattamente come nelle foto. Non grande ma pulita e in posizione ottimale sulla strada principale di Es Pujols. Noi eravamo in tre e siamo stati benissimo. Non direi che è una casa per sei persone come c’e Scritto nell’annuncio ma dipende da quanto ci si adatta. Tutto facilmente raggiungibile e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Organizzazione ottima del proprietario. Davvero consigliata

APPARTAMENTO BELLO, PULITO E IN OTTIMA POSIZIONE

Appartamento nuovo, pulito, con 2 bagni, climatizzatori in ogni ambiente, in posizione perfetta. Si trova in centro ma vicino al mare ed è silenzioso poichè le camere da letto sono nella parte non sulla strada. Sotto c’e un supermercato e un’ottima macelleria. Fornito di numerosa utensileria da cucina , fornello a induzione , Tv e lavatrice. Sono state comodità importanti per il nostro soggiorno con un bimbo di 1 anno. Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno.

Appartamento ben posizionato e ben accessoriato, con negozi sottostanti e vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Le due camere da letto hanno ciascuna un bagno dedicato e completo di doccia. C'è anche un balcone. Il referente locale della proprietà è molto efficiente e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato

Che appartamento favoloso!!! ! camera matrimoniale con bagno in camera 1 camera doppia e un'aria cucina con tavolo e divano letto. Arredato benissimo dispone di tutti gli utensili da cucina, piatti, bicchieri, tazze per la colazione! Sotto all'appartamento macellaio e supermarket più tutti i ristoranti e bar di Es Pujols. Non manca nulla!!!

Appartamento centralissimo vista mare , ristrutturato , moderno , ampio , bellissimo , doppia camera da letto , doppio bagno , condizionatori , dotato di ogni comfort . Super accessoriato , pulito ... insomma il TOP !! Dopo 10 anni di Formentera , i numeri uno !! Gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari ed appoggio costante di Rosell , il referente . Formentera nel cuore

E' la terza volta che passiamo una settimana a Formentera, abbiamo soggiornato due adulti ed una bimba di 2 anni e mezzo. L'appartamento è conforme alla descrizione, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. A due passi dal mare e dai servizi. Proprietaria cortese ed estremamente disponibile così il Sig. R. (riferimento) locale per eventuali problematiche. Estremamente Consigliato.

Ottimo Appartamento

La casa e' in ottima posizione. L'abbiamo trovata pulitissima e con tutti i comfort. Gentilissimo il Signor Rosell che ci ha ben accolto e accompagnato al porto. E' il terzo anno che andiamo in un appartamento della signora Orlandini e speriamo di tornare il prossimo anno.

Ottima scelta

L’appartamento è molto confortevole e ben curato nei dettagli, praticamente nuovo, ottima posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia, situato in pieno centro. Adatto a famiglie con bambini anche piccoli come i nostri di 5 e 6 anni. Eravamo in due famiglie ma ci siamo trovati comunque benissimo in quanto l’appartamento dispone di due bagni di cui uno nella camera matrimoniale. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le splendide spiagge dell'isola e per raggiungere i locali a piedi per la sera (bevendo qualcosina senza il pericolo di ritiro patente). Proprietari italiani molto disponibili e cordiali. Da consigliare vivamente
