This spectacular apartment is located 150m from the famous Goya street, in one of the most sought-after areas of Madrid, the Salamanca district. Its broad, elegant streets are home to the capital's most important shops and boutiques, which means that this district is frequently visited by both Madrileños and tourists. In the vicinity there are many points of interest in the city like: The Paseo de la Castellana, or the Retiro park, ideal for a walk, jogging or unwinding. It is very well-communicated with numerous transport stations, and the closest metro station is only 1 minute on foot, allowing for comfortable and fast travel from one point of Madrid to another.

The space is characterized by a modern design and a selection of top quality furniture, and all the spaces communicate with each other. It has 1 bedroom, a large living room, open kitchen with breakfast bar and a bathroom with hydro-massage bath. Among the colours used, the earthy colours and black contrast with some accessories in more neutral colours, thereby providing warmth and calm. Both the bedroom and kitchen have everything that the guest may need, with top quality sheets and towels, a 200 x 150cm mattress and all the kitchen equipment necessary to enjoy your stay.

El apartamento en términos generales está muy bien, cama muy cómoda, cocina equipada para poder desayunar, comer o cenar perfectamente, y muy silencioso. Además la situación es ideal, literalmente a 10 metros de la salida de metro de Lista. Recomendable.

TODO BIEN SALVO LA CONEXIÓN A INTERNET

Un sitio agradable para estar en Madrid. Deberían mirar la wifi sin demora porque funciona mal, se va con frecuencia, y la buena conectividad es esencial hoy día. Además, debería haber una botella de agua de bienvenida y jabón de manos en el cuarto de baño

Bien , estamos contentos , y de acuerdo a nuestra expectativa . Como sugerencia , sería un detalle que hubiera jabón para lavarse las manos en el cuarto de baño , y una botella de agua mineral , como normalmente hay en los hoteles , siendo un apartamento en un barrio de categoría
