We booked this house for a family vacation and it was wonderful! The grandkids loved the basement and all the activities the house had. The location was perfect for skiing at Granby Ranch! The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of space for all 8 of us! The hot tub was great for after skiing. We loved the ski valet to be able to store all our skis and boots. We had absolutely no complaints about the house at all! We would stay again!!

Family of 11 ages 9-60! Great location and wonderful house. We have lots of fun skiing and playing games at night. Everyone is ready to go back! The host was quick to respond to messages. Great place to visit especially for first time skiers.

Great Stay!

We had a great ski weekend. Location and house were wonderful. We had one small house issue and the owner was very prompt to respond and remedy the situation. We will definitely be back!

The host provided all necessities that could be expected and more! The home was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree and Christmas stockings on the mantle. The home was very spacious and offered multiple areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. We loved our stay and were truly grateful for everything our host did to make the home welcoming!

Amazing family trip!

This property was everything we wanted. Walked to slopes & TONS of room for our whole family. Very well equipped to stay in & cook. Hot tub was a plus after 3 days of skiing. Nothing bad about this place!

Beautiful home! Easy ski access.

This home was clean and had easy access to the slopes. The only negative was the amount of hot water for showers.

Wonderful home, beautiful location. There was plenty of room/ bedrooms to accommodate our family, 7 adults and 5 children. The grandchildren especially enjoyed the basement games.

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful and perfect for large groups. This was our 4th annual family ski trip to Granby and this home accommodated our group of 14 people perfectly. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners were wonderful to work with and we look forward to renting this property again.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 3 families with 7 teenagers. The teens enjoyed having their own rooms and the game room. The location to the slope was a short walk. We had a few questions while staying and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is our second time to stay at this property. Both times it was exactly as advertised and met our needs for our family ski vacay. We love this home and would stay here again and again. Excellent property, fantastic experience!

We had 12 people (9 were 6' or taller) in this house and we had a wonderful time. Communicating with the owners was easy with immediate responses. The amenities were very clean and all were in working order. There were ample towels and supplies. We are hoping to return next year!!

Easy and Enjoyable

We absolutely loved our stay in this 5BR Granby Ranch home. The home is very spacious, had every amenity we wanted, and has been well maintained. I couldn't have asked for more convenient access to the ski slopes. The hosts were always pleasant and responsive in communication. We would gladly book the house again if it's available the next time we visit Granby Ranch.

Wonderful House

The owners were very easy to communicate with. William responded to all of our questions immediately, and in the positive every time. We had a beautiful stay. During our family reunion we had ~25 people in the house at a time on occasion and there was plenty of room. The game room is a huge plus. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy a mountain retreat.

Worked great!

We had some first time skiers join our Spring Break fun this year - Granby was a great place for them! Our experienced skier switched to boards & made the most of it! Location was great! Owner was very helpful as we had some trouble with outlets in the kitchen. We had to wash some of the dishes prior to use but we had four Moms to take care of it.

Stay at Granby Ranch

Large spacious house with beautiful view - esp from outdoor deck! Only 5 private bedrooms, but a sleeper sofa in basement rec area. Mattress on sleeper sofa leaves a lot to be desired. Great kitchen and large dining area - well stocked with condiments and spices! Lots of towels and blankets as well as a nice laundry room. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 kids. The only downside was $10 pp for the pool, $15 to hike the ski hill, and $20 to ride the chairlift.

Great family trip

The place was perfect for our family. One last ski Hoorah for the season, we got to meet up with family at this location and we all had a great time. Perfect for jumping on and off the slopes with the kids. The rooms were spacious and fit our whole family. Bathrooms were clean! Truly enjoyed this place and we always enjoy Grandby Ranch. The only downside we had here was that the downstairs TV wasn’t working, And the hot tub was not maintained. The hot tub wouldn’t get warm, the water level was low and very green. These are 1st world problems I realize and definitely not deal breakers for us, but kinda stinks we didn’t get to utilize the hot tub like we would have hoped.

I'm happy you had a nice overall stay but I'm truly sorry for these inconveniences. It looks like the streaming stick had been unplugged on the downstairs TV, but the TV is working again. I discussed the hot tub with our hot tub service and they said the water spout outside of our house had frozen so they weren't able to finish filling the hot tub. I discussed with them how they can get to a different spout in the event that this happens. I truly apologize that the hot tub wasn't available to you.

Beautiful view

Overall this is a great place to stay. Large deck to enjoy the view, spacious kitchen to prepare meals, and a lot of space indoors. It would be nice if fans were provided. During our visit it was very hot and upstairs bedrooms did not cool down. We purchased a couple box fans which helped. We were driving so we could take them home. Oddly the toilet paper was scarce. There are 4 bathrooms and some of them didn’t have full rolls and no extra. Would I stay here again? Yes.
