This unit, located in the highest part of the residential complex Porto Mannu, consists of a spacious living room with air conditioning system, sofa double bed, and armchair bed, dining area and kitchenette with gas stove and fridge/freezer combo. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with large wardrobe, desk and access to back court, bathroom with window fitted with shower and washing machine. The outdoor part, strong point of the property, has a spacious covered patio in front, fully equipped, and a spacious and well-maintained garden, which has an amazing view on the bay of Porto Mannu, the Caprera Island and the Porto Cervo Lighthouse. Parking space reserved near the apartment.

To know:
- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;
- €20,00 per person for the possible rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €50,00 extra per pet in cash (to be reported at the time of booking);
- €1,50 for each meter click, extra for use of air conditioning in cash;
- €3,00 per day per person for tourist tax in cash.
