The basic amenities are working perfectly and these are the major things that attracts me personally.

You won’t worry about landlords showing up for inspections. They won’t bother you at all. And should you have concerns, they have a rapid response.

I felt like I was home away from home.

I was happy to stay in an affordable house with the amenities in good condition. I also was able to travel to and from work easily because of the property location. The cleaning team are doing a good job at keeping the place tidy. However, improvement is needed in terms of security. Room mates don't care to luck up the front and back doors when they exit or return to the building.
