This place was very nice! In the middle of everything! Each room had its individual air conditioner, and the one in the master bedroom froze up, resulting in some water dripping on the floor.

Would definitely recommend! Clean, beds were comfortable, and air conditioning in each room was amazing! This was a perfect location. So close to the river and shops/restaurants right outside. Only thing that could be better is more towels/bigger ones. They had 4 thin shower towels and 4 hand towels but could use a few more when staying 3 days.

We pre-ordered a parking spot in a SABA parking garage around the corner (Rua de Trindade Coelho 16, Porto) which was super convenient if you are driving in.

Amazing location.Found it difficult to get in touch - rang when couldn’t find the apartment in the block only to be cut off. They didn’t ring back to see if we were ok.No tips of places to visit or eatBoth rugs appear dirty and need replacing

This property was very difficult to access initially. It probably should have an on-site check in with the property managers. There is a very noisy child on the floor above that routinely would get up and start running through the apartment upstairs at 1-2 am in the morning. I’m not sure what you’d about that. The live telephone help was useful.

The apartment is in a good location between historic Porto sites to the north and the river district to the south. It is easy to walk across the bridge to the wine cellars in Villa Nova de Gaia and/or to see Porto from across the river m, and the street is nice and lively with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s closed to the cars, so be prepared to walk a block or two with luggage if you arrive by car. Check -in process and how to get to the apartment was explained well, but read the instructions carefully. You will receive a link to your client page with all the info by email. There is a lock box by the door to get the keys, so we didn’t meet the host. The apartment was very clean and modern with a small fridge, AC in the bedrooms, and electric black out blinds. . There is no terrace or balcony and no washing machine, but these weren’t advertised. There is a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. The latter worked well and was a decent size for 3 people with luggage. Second bedroom has no windows to the outside. The kitchen had an espresso machine, dishes and utensils, some pots and pants, a tea cattle. We didn’t cook, but it seemed to have all basic necessities. We enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
