Why they chose this property

This is the nicest house on the market. It's prime west of Woodward, Lincoln area makes it a true down town Birmingham walkable house. It's located on a quiet street, in a very upscale neighborhood with lots of families. It also is not a through street so traffic is light. There are two parks on both blocks at either end of the street. The house is decorated to the 9s, it's amazing.

What makes this property unique

walkable, sparkling clean, washer and dryer, a true live like a local experience in a city where the average house ranges from 700,000 to 4 million dollars.
