Nice little casita with everything you need. Loved the balcony for morning reading and a little fresh air. The washer/dryer are in the main house and the entrance was a little tricky with a big bag but definitely doable. Id stay here again!

David and Lily are so kind and helpful! They are the sweetest. The location is perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Albuquerque and the casita felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again!

Pros: Very cute studio loft. Close to Old Town Albuquerque with lots of little shops, museums, and galleries in walkable distance. Very nice covered balcony to hang out on and read or chat. Safe, quiet neighborhood. The lady who lives in the front unit was wonderful and lovely to chat with while I waited. Cons: there was maintenence happening when I arrived and they had to stop and clean up while I waited 20 minutes. The place was mostly clean, except for some very obvious hair in and around the shower. Each evening, the AC pulled in smoke from a nearby fire or smoker? Overall, a lovely stay and I would stay here again.

The property was quiet and very cozy, easy walking to many things in Old town and Arts district. The property was undergoing some kind of bathroom renovation, so I had no shower hot water for a couple days and had to live with a very funky chemical smell in the bath - but Lily was very responsive to getting this sorted during my stay.
