About this property

Welcome to Lenny's Lodge; a cozy home nestled into a thriving community.

This 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home includes a large furnished kitchen, dining room/front room, and a large family room.We offer a comfortable, clean uninhabited home where you will have access to your hosts without them staying with you. Lenny's tree-filled 3/4 acre yard and spacious drive allows for multiple options. A paved bike trail runs along side allowing for short or long bike rides. Should you tire of the local activities; Lenny's is a short drive to many area attractions.This was home to the late Leonard Wasserman who loved to entertain and served his community as a city council member, mayor and member of the colored guard with the VFW Post. Leonard was an avid bike rider, whereas to honor him and his years of service, the city named the portion of the Oregon trail running along side his property "The Leonard Wasserman Bike Trail." This is the home that he raised his 8 children and lived in for more than 50 years

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave any used beds either turned down or unmade
Place all towels and wash clothes in the bathtub
Place all trash in a bag and put in the trash tote beside garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove your shoes we do not wear them inside the home. No unregistered guest staying overnight, quiet time is observed between 10 pm and 7 am
Please turn air conditioners to 78 degrees while out of the house site seeing etc...AND upon check out. Set upper single bedroom A/C unit to #4.
Do not light candles/incense or use essential oils/perfume/after shave/and cologne in the house. Please put on sunscreen & bug spray outside

There is a bike/walking/jogging path that runs beside and behind the home also a short walk down this path to the Oregon ball parks, skate board park, two outdoor basketball courts, volleyball net, and three childrens play sets.
For the astronomy observers this propety is a Bortle 5 and with Bortle 4 areas to the east just 4-5 miles.
