Surrounded by sandy beaches and a nature reserve, these modern semi-detached houses are situated in Marina Wendtorf on the Kiel Fjord. The Baltic Sea, the harbour and the promenade provide the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday by the water. The houses were built in a Scandinavian style over two storeys. Modern furnishings, wood-panelled walls and sloping ceilings create a light and airy atmosphere. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, underfloor heating and a sauna. The terrace is accessible from the hallway and both bedrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find the combined kitchen and living area with access to the loggia. Here, you can spend relaxing evenings and enjoy the view of the surrounding area. You can use binoculars to watch the shipping traffic and the natural surroundings. After a walk or a cycle ride, the sauna is the perfect place to unwind. Facilities include a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player, a music system with an MP3 connection, a bioethanol fireplace and air conditioning. Furnishings and the type of coffee machine may vary depending on the property. High-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi is available. An electric barbecue can be hired from the service office for a fee. A car parking space is included with the holiday home. The Activity Centre offers an indoor play area with slides and climbing facilities, as well as black-light mini-golf. Entry is free for DanCenter guests. Further playgrounds are located along the promenade. Rental is exclusively for holidaymakers for holiday purposes.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
