Such a great place to stay! Host communicated well, place was clean and a welcomed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The private beach brought us and our family many hours of laughter and great conversation around the fire pit and kept our grandkids busy exploring and playing morning and night. Highly recommend!

One thing I loved about the host is that whenever I had a question, they were quick in sending a response.The house was well furnished, and very comfortable, and had good mattresses to sleep on. Even the firepit on the beach was ready for us to use! The only downside was there were overhead lights that were out and needed replacing (lights i couldn't reach.)It is a place I would highly recommend! Hoping to come back again.

Loved our stay here! The property is neat and clean with all the amenities you’ll need! The lift made it a breeze to unload and load everything. The outdoor grill made cooking relaxing and enjoyable! We especially enjoyed watching the dolphins and the short trip to Horn Island in our boat.

The house was absolutely beautiful and as I’m handicapped I really enjoyed the elevator and ramps in and out the doors. We were 10 women and there was plenty room to sleep and move around. Really enjoyed the chairs on beach.

After raising our children in Illinois and a move to Franklin, Tennessee, we have found our happy place in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. We own both Sandhill Beachhouse and Seagrass Beach Cottage right next door. We fell in love with the natural beauty and tranquility of this stretch of beach. The private setting, gentle waves, and stunning views from our oversized porch sealed the deal. The Belle Fontaine beach neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and tucked away from the crowds, yet close to everything. It’s our dream retirement spot—and in the meantime, we’re thrilled to share it with you.
