About this property

This beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located in a completely new building, very close to the center of Granada.

Upon entering the apartment we find on the right a hall that leads to the living room. It is a spacious and bright room that has a sofa-bed 1.35 m, an armchair, a 44-inch Smart TV and a dining area with a table for four people.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable.

Returning to the main entrance, we have one of the two bedrooms right in front of us, with a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed. Continuing down the hall, we find the first full bathroom with a shower.

At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom, which has 2 single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 m and has a full en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The property has hot and cold conditioning through radiating floor in all rooms, which will undoubtedly make the stay more pleasant.

The building has private parking at a cost of €12/night, exclusively for guests, subject to availability and with prior reservation. There is also a common laundry area, free for guests to use.

The area of the apartment, located next to Campo del Principe Square, is one of the most emblematic and charming areas of Granada and is located in the old Jewish quarter of the city, known as El Realejo.
The privileged area of the apartment will allow you to enjoy the city and all the tourist attractions of the center just a few steps away.

Lovely modern apartment in Granada

The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift which makes getting luggage in very easy. There is also internal access to the carpark if you use it (see below). The apartment is very well-appointed and has clearly been recently renovated. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a kitchen that allows for cooking simple meals. There is a communal laundry which is located in the basement next to the garage. The apartment is well located and an easy 10-15 minute walk to the main centre, shopping areas, the markets/bazaar, and the Cathedral. It is situated just below the Alhambra which is only a 5 minute taxi ride up to the monument (and a relatively easy downhill walk back to the apartment). There are numerous restaurants at the end of the street which have lovely alfresco dining and traditional Spanish cuisine. There is also a very authentic Italian takeaway pizza shop around the corner. There is a supermarket close by and a taxi rank within 2 minutes walk. The car park is somewhat tight, so you would want to have a relatively small car if you are going to use it. The property manager is quite good in checking the vehicle dimensions, however, our vehicle was within the maximum length but it was still quite challenging to get the car in and out of the garage (and surrounding streets). You don't need a car in Granada so if you can avoid having one it will make life a lot easier. We would definitely stay here if we were to visit Granada again.

Our stay!

Unfortunately the taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong address and luckily you found us! Very lovely, clean apartment but lacked info on laundry facility, dealing with garbage etc. Only one key was a bit of an issue. Good location, very quiet. Campo de Principe was a great asset. We could walk everywhere and enjoyed all the top tourist spots. . Very comfortable beds, …. All in all a lovely apartment and location!
