A beautiful, modern villa located 650 metres from Calafell’s wide beach and the boardwalk, which features a well-developed infrastructure, including bars, restaurants, shops, and cafes.
The villa is a single-story home and features: an open-concept living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms each with two single beds, and a full bathroom with a shower.
Outside, next to the pool, there is a third bathroom with a shower.

All windows have screens, and the entire house is air-conditioned. It also features satellite TV and Netflix.
A large covered terrace with a seating area and outdoor furniture will undoubtedly be your favourite spot. A large dining table, barbecue, and grill: everything you need to spend most of the day there. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden with trees and flowers. The garden features a large, 10-meter-long pool.
