Spacious apartment with seaview terrace equipped with a barbecue, located in a picturesque pedestrian alley, a few steps away from the promenade of Levante in Ortigia.

The apartment has access on the first floor reachable on foot, where guests have to walk up to the upper floor to enter the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen in a rustic style, comes with a dining table and includes an oven; it also faces the spacious terrace with another dining table where guests can taste their delicious breakfast or reach the upper floor to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea.
The sleeping area has three bedrooms: a single one which has a nightstand, a wardrobe and a mirror, and two double ones that come with a queen-size bed, two nightstands, a wardrobe, a mirror, air conditioning and the access to a balcony.
A bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub complete the apartment.
Free wi-fi and a heating pump will be at guests’ disposal.
The apartment is located in a very picturesque pedestrian alley and the maximum distance to reach it with a means of transport is 100 m from the main entrance.

Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi.
