The villa is in an excellent location, 5 minute drive from the town of Ajo. It would be walkable. The communication with the host was excellent and they responded to an issue we had at the property very efficiently.Some minor points - the dishwasher worked but didn't always clean the crockery which is probably the cause of dirty crockery in the cupboards. The stopper in the sink wasn't effective so it wasn't easy to wash up. We brought a new mop as the one in the garage wasn't suitable for indoor use and we wanted to keep the kitchen floor clean. The light in the master bedroom wasn't working. The clothes airer needs replacing (broken and rusty). There is t a kettle. When using the toaster it tripped the fuse board each time. These are minor matters and didn't affect our stay.

Quelques petites choses à améliorer

Très belle maison, bien équipée MAIS Manque de volets dans la chambre du bas Baie vitrée de la véranda impossible à ouvrir ; articulation cassée Pas 3 salle de bains. Que 2 !!!! Une des chambres n'a que 1 lit de 120 cm U

Muchas gracias por su opinión ; pondremos contraventanas en la habitación aunque las cortinas oscurecen bastante ; la cama es de 135 no de 120 ; la casa tiene 2 baños completos y un aseo (ver texto y fotos ) La ventana del porche esta correcta tenemos no obstante un servicio de mantenimiento inmediato. Mucha gracias por su estancia.

Vacaciones fresquitas y tranquilas

El sitio inmejorable, unas preciosas vistas, una gran casa para las 8 personas que estuvimos. Por poner un pero en la habitación de la planta baja le faltan unas cortinas o una persiana para poder dormir y un poco de mantenimiento en algunas cosas.

Belle maison. Bel emplacement pour des balades dans la nature.

Tout était parfait mais quelques détails à améliorer : pas de volets ou rideaux occultants dans une chambre.

Agréable maison située sur un très beau site

Jolie maison très fonctionnelle, ne manque à peu près rien, si ce n'est peut-être quelques couvertures et oreillers. Située sur un beau site, proche d'une très belle plage et du village de Ajo et à 1/2h de Santander. Nous pensions avoir 3 salles de bains, mais c'est en fait 2 salles de bains et une salle d'eau (WC et lavabo). Peut-être dû à la traduction Espagnol Francais. Sinon rien à redire, maison à recommander.

Agréable séjour dans une maison face à la mer

La maison est bien située pour visiter la Cantabrie. Santander n est qu à 30mn. Seul petit bémol, il faut éviter de brancher le four et la plaque ou le micro onde ,en même temps. L électricité disjoncte.

la casa es amplia y comoda con mucho menage de hogar. Limpieza la justa, las fundas de las sillas están sucias, con muchas manchas. El sofa está desfondado. Zona tranquila con unas buenas vistas pero lejos de los bares y tiendas hay que coger el coche.
