About this property

Beautiful, recently renovated barn in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

Situated just 4 miles from Clitheroe, Whalley and Waddington, and only 1 mile from Hurst Green and the famous Tolkein Trail, this modern barn conversion can sleep up to 4 people in 2 generously sized double bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities and spectacular views over looking fields and Pendle Hill.
The downstairs area, heated by air source underfloor heating, is comprised of a spacious living room which leads through to an open plan dining area and a light, spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen leads to the back entrance and utility area with a washer / dryer and downstairs toilet.
Outside is partially paved and grassed, with access to the surrounding fields behind. Amazing views can be enjoyed with seating and eating areas to the front and back, over looking the surrounding fields with Pendle Hill as a stunning back drop.
There is ample car parking space for 4 vehicles.
