The house 🏠of the countryside a stone's throw from the sea. ENJOY HOUSE
The property features two charming homes located in Pescia Romana, just a stone’s throw from the beaches of Capalbio (“Ultima Spiaggia” and “La Dogana”), in a beautiful area with an exclusive natural setting (near a WWF nature reserve), allowing guests to enjoy both the Tuscan countryside and the sea.
A larger villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a smaller villa (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) are both situated within the same large garden
The larger villa (Casa Enjoy) accommodates up to seven guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Guests access the house through the garden, which is spacious and features a gazebo and outdoor areas for dining and relaxing, both in the shade and in the sun. The beach is a three-minute drive away and offers both a public, unpaved beach and beaches with facilities.
A larger villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a smaller villa (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) are both situated within the same large garden
