The property was very modern, clean and well presented and in the perfect position for exploring Whitby and the surrounding area. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equiped. We would definitely stay again!

Parking was advertised as on street away from the property. In the details it did state there were keys to a Parking bollard. It took two phone calls to get the Parking clarified. There is one Parking space at the property.The property has obviously had some thought put in to it however, the garden was full of weeds as was the area around the front door, paint work needed some attention, stains on carpets and the main living room smelt of smoking. The bedding and towels were clean. It had everything you needed for a few night stay.The property is in a good location, central to all amenities, but use the address and not the postcode in the instructions, as this sends you to another location.
