A beautiful place with the most incredible countryside views.
We loved that the sheep were right in front of the lodge. The inferior of the lodge was really nice & the facilities were perfect for what we needed.

Beautiful location
Modern clean cabin with hot tub, spectacular views across fields of grazing sheep. I left some jewellery behind and it was kept safe for me until I could collect it. Friendly service, highly recommend ☺️

Lovely few nights away!
Great sized lodge for a family of four plus an en suite was a lovely bonus. We loved seeing the sheep from our veranda plus the chickens even enjoyed a spot of train spotting too! The hot tub was the boy’s favourite part! Thank you very much for sorting out the balloons plus the banner for my sons birthday!

Lost the Luxury feel
We have been coming to the lodges for the last 4 years. We had certain issues that we felt that the lodges are ready for a refurbishment in certain areas as things are looking tired. Bottom of oven - piece of wood missing, no fridge shelf, dirty pans and toaster. Hot Tub felt a bit unclean but Paula came straightaway to clean so can't fault Paula. You pay quite a lot of money to stay here and in our opinion this time it wasn't worth it.
