Perfect location with the best beach only a few minutes away. The house was large, clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. We were a party of 9 with my 93 year old father and we would definitely stay here again!

We all loved the villa. It was nicely furnished. It could have done with air con in the children’s room as that did get very hot for the infant. It was a shame the jacuzzi and sauna were not working. We would have appreciated more stair gates but we managed ok in the end. The 2nd cot we ordered was not there when we arrived but it was quickly sorted by the staff. The staff also gave us great recommendations. We felt the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Overall we really enjoyed the villa and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful house and family location

The house is wonderful, as is the pool and the stunning sea view. Air conditioning worked well and the kitchen well nicely equipped. One negative was that the wifi was very slow. I would not recommend this as a place for any short of remote work. The neighborhood is quiet and the nearby Son Bou beach is ideal for kids and families. However, for cultural activities, outdoor walks, and restaurants, other parts of the island are better.

VILLA AMOUNIA

The 3 Villas management team was fantastic and responsive and went out of their way to help us. So a huge thank you to the team, especially Felix. The views from the villa are fabulous. There are steep steps from the roadside to the villa as well as some very steep steps from the villa to the nearby town/beach along the public footpath. We took our 80 year old mother and she really struggled. The villa also smelt of damp in 2 of the downstairs bedrooms. Best advice is to hire a car and take mosquito repellant. The beach is lovely and there are several good nearby restaurants including the Buddha Lounge. The locals are very hospitable and the island is delightful.
