This spacious 1,700 sq ft 3 bedroom condo, located in the popular Silvertip Lodge, offers you ski in access. Stay in the summer time and use the tennis courts located just a stone's throw from your entrance for more summer fun. Silvertip Lodge is located on Olaus Way and is only approx. 100 yards to click your skis on and ski down the hill to the lift. Ski back for lunch and pop your skis off at the curb and you're basically home.
3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large open concept living and dining area just off the kitchen as you enter the condo. Walk out to your patio off the living room and enjoy meeting neighbors while having a BBQ or an apres gathering on the deck.
The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and patio with hot tub for your enjoyment as well as in suite laundry. The other two bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. There is a queen bed + futon in one, and 2 double beds + futon in the 3rd.
Heated parking garage for at least one vehicle (visitor spots usually vacant if you have more than one vehicle).
Pets are permitted upon approval.
MINIMUM STAY POLICY
4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 30 DAYS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid. If applicable, a pet deposit is also required to be paid (50% of monthly rental rate).
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.

Excellent location a very short walk to a ski trail. Next best thing to ski in and ski out.
The place was huge, and fit our group of 7 with space to spare.
The condo was great. Spacious and located right across from the hill. Underground parking was really nice, too. If we needed anything, Rossland was a 5 minute drive away. Loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone. Nice that the hot tub was working, too.
Excellent property. Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped. Particularly enjoyed ground floor location, private hot tub, heated bathroom floors, garage facilities, ski lockers and keyless entry. Efficient, friendly check-in process. Close to slopes, although a bit of a slog on very muddy spring-condition roads. Would definitely recommend property and consider a repeat stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at SilverTip 3. The property manager, Jen was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The unit came well appointed, even had a crockpot, which is handy during a ski vacation. Although itβs not quite ski in/out, it was a short walk to the hill. The hot tub was really awesome post skiing. And the unit is a lot bigger than the pictures make it seem!
Perfect accommodations for a skiing holiday to Red Mountain. Short walk (less than 100 meters) to ski hill. Great parking. Only one stairs to get from parking lot to room. Convenient lockers for skis. Cooking facilities were good. My only issue was it was a cramped space for cooking and cleaning dishes and accessing fridge. Awkward for more than one person to be in that space at same time. And water pressure in showers was weak. I would definitely recommend to others.Stewart
This condo is very large and comfortable. Being on the ground floor doesn't have the great views but is very easy to get in and out of in the morning which is a positive. All in all a great stay.
Great chalet. Best hot tub I've used at any property. Very close to hill. Lots of room. Would definitely return.

Spacious comfortable appartment
We had a wonderful time at red spring skiing. The appartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great hot tub for relaxation after skiing. And close to the slopes. One minor hiccup was the futon bed couch in the third bedroom which broke upon sitting down on it. We would definitely come back!
