Aveiros Beach Apartment- Ocean View By D´alma Port

Two-bedroom apartment with capacity for 4 guests and a privileged view of the sea and swimming pool. Located on the first line of the beach and just a few meters from the city center.

Beyond the beach, guests have access to the outdoor common pool and indoor pool (not heated). The bright and spacious balcony has been furnished so that guests can relax, sunbathe, and have their meals while enjoying the magnificent view.

D'alma Ocean View is the ideal location for a relaxed vacation.



D'Alma Ocean View is located on the 3rd floor, and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils and appliances.

The living/dining room offers 1 sofa bed, dining table and chairs, television, wifi, air conditioning.



Couple's bedroom, with wardrobe and two bedside tables, bathroom with shower.



Single room with a single bed.



Common Areas: Free public parking on site, outdoor pool and indoor pool (unheated).



Stays longer than 25 nights, water and electricity expenses are not included and the guest must proceed with payment on the day of check-out.



*According to the municipal regulation, each guest must pay a tourist tax of two euros between April 1st and October 31st and will be charged for a maximum of seven consecutive nights for all guests aged 13 years or older. The tourist tax amount is not included in the reservation value.

Overpriced

We only stayed 2 nights. Family of 4. We found it very inefficient their check-in process. Need to wait for someone's availability. Likewise for check-out. No flexibility to stay later- not even one hour- since the person has to be present to check out. The toilet smelled. We got only 2 rolls of toilet paper for four people... of course, we ran out the second night. We had not realized we did not have more and could not go to the store. The location is not bad. The manager is nice. However, they need to do automatic check-in/out. And re-measure their supplies. Hopefully this helps them improve!

Good afternoon, Thanks in advance for your comment. I inform you that our check-ins are all in person, perhaps it was automatic for you, like all the other guests, not to follow the timetable rules and we always like to know who enters and who leaves our apartments. You waited as we also waited for the guests to arrive. As for the toilet paper, I inform you that it is not our obligation to leave paper and if we leave it, it is because we do it out of courtesy because you are not in a hotel and guests like you manage the toilet paper in the way that suits you best, there was even a supermarket at the top of the street where I could have bought more.
