Available for rent during August and September 2023: a 2nd-floor apartment in the southern part of Scalea, bordering Santa Maria del Cedro, featuring 2 balconies with gravity-operated shades offering views of the sea and mountains, a bathroom, a bedroom, a small bedroom, and a spacious living room with a sofa, kitchen, and 2 tables. Sleeps 4—that’s four. Preference given to couples or families with young children. Equipped with a gas stove and induction cooktop, electric toaster oven, LCD TV, refrigerator, state-of-the-art washing machine, microwave, coffee pod machine, and vacuum cleaner; complimentary dressing gowns and guest towels are provided. Private outdoor parking space available. 800 metres from the beach.
PRICES
AUGUST AVAILABLE: 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th—full week rate: 90.00 € per day (“not available from August 9–19”).
SEPTEMBER: €60.00 per day, minimum 1 week.
Additional charges:
Cleaning fee: €50.00; electricity and water charges: €50.00.
Security deposit: €250.00.
The house is provided clean and must be returned clean.
Minimum rental period is 1 week; check-in date to be agreed upon.
Welcome package includes coffee pods, fresh still and sparkling water in the fridge, and beer.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
