The apartment is located in a quiet, child-friendly area on the basement level of a privately owned villa, just a 15-minute walk to city centre Västervik and a short 10-minute drive to the beautiful summer resort of Lyingsbadet.

The large garden offers space for play, barbecuing, and other outdoor activities. There’s also a lovely area for relaxation with a patio and dining area. Free parking is available.

The apartment has its own entrance via a small staircase that leads first into a hallway with a laundry room. Through the entryway, you then enter a cosy living room/bedroom with a room divider, featuring a sofa bed, TV, and a large double bed.

Immediately to the left in the living room, past the entryway, is a small bedroom with a bunk bed. Next to it is the nice bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

At the other end of the living room, also on the left, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped and seats 6 people (a high chair is available).
