Casa Vacanze Orlando - with sea view veranda

Lovely holiday home about 200 m from the sea and about 600 m from the main promenade.

It can accommodate up to 4 guests, the house is on two levels. A complete solution, simple and in a great position to reach the sea and the center of Santa Maria di Leuca!

THE LOCATION

It is located near Punta Ristola, a very interesting and suggestive point where you can admire both the sunrise and the sunset, because of its particular geographical location.

On foot you can reach the center of the resort (about 700 meters) and many commercial activities (restaurants, kiosks, newsagents, bars, ice cream shops, etc.).

From the house it is quite easy to reach other places nearby, the Adriatic coast is just 3 km, the first beach on the Ionian coast (Marina di Felloniche) is just 2.5 km away.

THE HOUSE

The accommodation is on two levels:

mezzanine floor consists of entrance hall with two single beds, double bedroom with tv and bathroom with shower;
first floor with modern kitchen and equipped with everything you need for cooking, dishwasher and coffee maker, TV, a comfortable furnished veranda with panoramic sea view (you can also see the lighthouse of Leuca), and outdoor shower.
Air conditioning available only in the sleeping area (mezzanine).

Parking available under the house, small recess pertaining please parking a car.

* The house has a small three-room apartment in the basement, not air-conditioned, available in case of additional beds. In any case, if additional beds are needed, we can offer additional accommodation within walking distance.

NEARBY

As previously mentioned, the house is in a great location. It is about 200 meters from the sea (low and free rocky beach) and Punta Ristola, a wonderful place that offers unique scenery and landscapes!

It will be really a privilege to admire the sunset from your veranda, and even better from Punta Ristola, watching the sun slowly fade into the blue sea.

In addition, the coast is rich in natural sea caves, beautiful and absolutely to visit (link to view some). They are located on the Ionian and Adriatic coast, and can be easily visited with a guided boat excursion.
