It offers comfortable accommodation which is fully equipped for a relaxing short break, a restorative retreat or holiday rentals nearby the historical city of Chichester, South Coast beaches and Countryside. Located in beautiful gardens & woodland & surrounded by nature! Enjoy exploring the gardens & relax in the peace & quiet that this setting has to offer!

Sleeping up to 3 people the lodge is set in beautiful and secluded grounds. The modern and comfortable holiday lodge has everything you need for a perfect short break or holiday rental, with a twin/double bedroom, open plan living and kitchen area and separate bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. French doors lead to a patio area with seating and beyond into the tranquil woodland and gardens.

Please note that the bed is a kingsize and can be made up as a double or two singles. Please let us know your preference in advance of your stay.
There is a sofa bed in the living area for a 3rd person.

Guests have sole use of the lodge. There are 3 lodges in total (each sleeping 3 - maximum 9 people in total).

The lodges can be rented individually – each sleeping 3 people or please enquire if you are a group of up to 9 people and wish to rent our other lodges.

The lodges are located 1.5 miles (20 minute walk) from the centre of the Saxon village of Bosham and next to Chichester Harbour (10 minute walk), a National Trust Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In winter time when the trees are not so full, you can see out from the lodges across to Chichester Harbour.

The lodges provide everything you need for a private, relaxing getaway in the Sussex countryside or a great base for exploring the delights of Chichester and the surrounding area.

The Crate Café in Bosham is a short 10 minute walk away and offers delicious food and great coffee in a quirky setting. Open 7 days a week both daytime and evenings on weekends.

Bosham has regular bus links on the 700 bus route between Chichester and Portsmouth. Bosham train station is only short walk away.
The village of Bosham has two Co-op shops – both a short 10 minute walk away.

Located only a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from the lodges is the well photographed, stunning waterfront and Quay at Bosham which is well worth a visit. There is a car park in this area with paid parking. Bosham Walk is home to lots of unique, hand crafted gifts in various shops. There are also two cafes here and one sells excellent ice creams! A short walk from here is a lovely pub called the Anchor Bleu which is located on the harbour walls, overlooking the water. Outdoor seating at the back of the pub captures the views and the food is yummy! There is a lovely church in Bosham and a large green, ideal for games and picnics, overlooking the harbour which has the Bosham mill stream running through and out to sea. This is also a great spot for children (and adults!) to go crabbing! If you are keen on water sports, this is a lovely area to launch a kayak, canoe or to go paddle boarding. On a still day or evening when the water is flat calm, there is no better place to be!

There are two other pubs located in Bosham - The White Swan (9 min walk away) or the Berkeley Arms (20 min walk or 2 min drive away). Memories of India is a great Indian restaurant or takeaway and is only a 8 minute walk from the cottage. So India offers Indian takeaway food and is located on the roundabout, this is also very good. There is a fish & chip shop (Butlers) near the co-op on station Road, just a few minutes walk away.
There are lots more pubs, restaurants and cafes in the nearby harbour village of Emsworth (also a great bakery called Heidi's) or in the larger, historic city of Chichester - home to the beautiful cathedral. If you need any help or advise - feel free to ask!

Items are subject to availability and requested in advance for short stays only. All items are to be left in the property at the end of your stay. They will be cleaned and sterilised between each use.
