Situated in the Tuscany region of Italy, Villa Fidelina features a large garden with a private swimming pool. This luxury villa sits in a small estate just 1.7 km from the medieval hilltop village of Lucignano, famous for its streets arrange in a circle, where you will find shops, cafes, and restaurants. The larger town of Arezzo is 30 km to the north of Lucignano and, many of Tuscany’s well-known sites are within an hour’s drive - including Cortona, Siena, and Montepulciano.

The 350 square metre villa develops over three floors with two annexes.

On the ground floor, you will find three large suites with independent entrances. Each suite has a double bedroom (with double bed), a living area (with a sofa) and an ensuite bathroom (with shower). In addition, one of the suites has a double sofa bed as well as being wheelchair accessible.

The upper floors are reached via an independent entrance, up a flight of stairs.

On the first floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen (with fireplace), a large suite with a double bedroom (with double bed) with a living room (with sofa) and ensuite bathroom (with shower). On the same floor you will also find a second double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

An iron staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find a living area with a bathroom (with toilet). On this floor you will also find another large suite with a double bedroom (with double bed) with a living area (with double sofa bed), ensuite bathroom (with shower) and access to an outside terrace (with table and chairs).

Outdoors, you will find a garden with a private swimming pool (6 m x 12 m; depth 1.2 – 2 m) and two annexes: one annex with a large dining room; and one with a well-equipped kitchen. Between the two annexes, there is a wooden porch (with table and chairs) for Al Fresco dining. Also, adjacent to the pool you will find a changing room and bathroom (with shower).
