A beautiful, newly built two-story villa, ideal for enjoying your holiday independently, with outdoor spaces for your exclusive use—you won’t have to share them with anyone. It’s located in a quiet area of San Mauro Mare, yet just 80 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the town’s main square. Upon arrival, park your car in the courtyard, and you won’t need it again: everything is within walking distance, or at most a short bike ride away (two bicycles are available for guests’ use).

Logement très bien situé par rapport à la plage et les commerces de proximité. L’équipement est conforme au descriptif, belle chambre, cuisine et terrasse extérieure, literie très correcte, ce fut un beau séjour.

Scho vor unserer Reise war der Kontakt super schnell! Die Wohnung ein Traum wir 2 Familien reisten 7 Personen (3 Kinder ) Ruhige Lage.. und sehr nahe am Zentrum (wo abends sich die Leute treffen und mann essen gehen kann) und auch sehr nahe am Strand! Die Unterkunft ist wircklich zum weiter empfehlen!!
