Le Bonatte farm is situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico region and comprises of two real estate units, the farmhouse and the annex. The farmhouse is able to accommodate up to ten people and is free on three sides while on one side it is adjacent to the owners' house. The annex is located 50 meters away from the farmhouse and can accommodate up to four people. Please note that the farmhouse is not equipped with heating.

Le Bonatte is a cozy and simple farmhouse located just 1.5 km away from the center of Radda in Chianti. It is also 39 km away from Siena and 56 km from Florence. The farmhouse is located by a road and for shared use, there is a natural garden. The property also boasts a private swimming pool that is fenced and measures 5 x 9 meters with a depth of 140 cm. The pool is available seasonally from May 28th to September 10th. There is also garden furniture and a barbecue for guests to enjoy.

Inside the farmhouse, guests can enjoy WiFi, a washing machine, and on-site parking. Heating is available from November 1st to April 15th and must be paid for on the spot. Guests who wish to cook during their stay can request a cook for an additional fee. The nearest shop is 1.5 km away, while the nearest restaurant is 1 km away. This 9-room house boasts 235 m2 of living space, split over 2 levels. The furnishings are rustic and cosy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The ground floor features a living/dining room with satellite TV and an exit to the loggia, as well as a second living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. This room also has an exit to the terrace. There are two double bedrooms on this level, both with their own shower/bidet/WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine.

Upstairs, you will find another double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, a room with 2 beds, and 3 more double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has its own shower/bidet/WC, while the others share a separate shower/bidet/WC.

For your convenience, there is a washing machine available on site, and free WiFi is provided throughout the house. Please note that only one pet/dog is allowed, and there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties. Additionally, only the annex is equipped with heating.
