Fresh, modern, immaculately presented 1 bedroom apartment close to the Harbour of Puerto del Carmen with sea views from the terrace. This apartment has everything you need for the perfect holiday, and so close to the beaches, restaurants and bustle of this popular resort and complete with communal pool.

The bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes and and the bathroom has a large walk in shower. The open plan living and kitchen area have large sliding patio doors to the balcony that look out to the sea views.

Puerto del Carmen really has it all! Beautiful Sandy beaches, fabulous restaurants, and an old town with typical old town charm and an avenida bustling with vibrancy and life. A walk through the old town and harbour and along the coast to Puerto Calero is a must, and all this is just on the doorstep of this fabulous apartment.
