We were a group of 6 friends and we all loved the place we stayed in. It was the perfect place to stay, close enough from the airport and andratx but far away enough to be in à quiet and calm House.

Our vacation at Can’ Moreu was fantastic!

Our vacation at Can’ Moreu was fantastic! It’s a beautiful house in a good, central location with private parking. The plunge pool was the highlight and the extra large sofa was comfortable for two for evenings at home. We did have an occasion to contact Homerti regarding an issue and they were super responsive, as was the owner. Make the right decision and book this accommodation for your next Mallorca vacation!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Finca war insgesamt nicht akzeptabel.In sämtlichen Schlafräumen haben wir Schimmel festgestellt. Das ist aus unserer Sicht ein erheblicher Mangel und insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Gesundheit problematisch. Darüber hinaus war die Unterkunft bei Ankunft nicht ausreichend gereinigt. In mehreren Bereichen befanden sich sichtbarer Staub und Schmutzablagerungen.Die Küchenausstattung war für ein Haus mit einer Kapazität von bis zu sechs Personen deutlich unzureichend (unter anderem standen lediglich zwei Kaffebecher und ein Topf zur Verfügung).Die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine war stark verschmutzt und in einem hygienisch bedenklichen Zustand.Auch das Mobiliar machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck: Sofa und Sessel wiesen deutliche Flecken auf, ebenso die Außenliegen. Zudem gab es keine Auflagen für die Liegen oder Stühle im Außenbereich.In den Schränken der Schlafräume gab es keinerlei Ablagen, nur eine Kleiderstange und 4 Kleiderbügel, die teilweise kaputt waren. Desweiteren gab es in den Badezimmern keine Handtuchhalter und auch keine Toilettenpapierhalterung. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die betreuende Agentur, die auf unsere Hinweise sehr zeitnah reagiert hat. Der Eigentümer zeigte sich bei einem Vor-Ort-Termin wenig kooperativ und trat uns gegenüber unangemessen auf.Daher entspricht aus unserer Sicht diese Unterkunft weder den üblichen Erwartungen, noch dem beworbenen Standard. Wir können sie daher nicht weiterempfehlen

Sehr schönes Anwesen, mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Wir - drei ältere Herren - waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Schöne Lage, gute Einrichtung, herrlich viel Platz. Wenn der Vermieter aber vielleicht 50 Euro in ein paar Küchenutensilien investieren, die Betten auch beziehen und für den Müll mehr als nur einen kleinen Eimer bereitstellen würde, dann hätten wir 5 Sterne vergeben,

Très belle maison comme décrite en description, la communication était super rapide et ils ont su répondre à chacune de nos questions. Attention au voisinage quand même qui est très stricte au niveau du bruits mais à part ça vraiment nous avons adoré notre séjour :)

Très jolie maison manque quelques équipements

Cependant manque des équipements de cuisine dont les bols et sur annonce inscrit table de Ping pong et lave vaisselle non présent et non inscrit sur l’annonce pour la taxe de séjour (60€) pour 4 personnes pour 1 semaine Maison très agréable
