This is a very functional property, its relatively modern compared to a lot of holiday homes in Lyme (we've stayed in 6 others), so lacks character but makes up for it in other ways. It was clean (bar a few mugs), it has everything you need including an ensuite, plus family bathroom, plus dowstairs loo, plus open living. All bathrooms felt new. The tiny paved garden space is delightful; it's enclosed so was perfect for our little dog with a glass french door so we could see when he needed back in. The running water right outside your door here is magical and calming and we would listen to it at night with the bedroom window open. We'd definitely stay here again. Perfection location plus parking; the entrance is tight but our Tesla model Y (v wide car) coped.
Propertt is in an excellent location near to both town and beach. Slightly disappointed on arrival as exterior of property is messy and has no kerb appeal whatsoever. Parking very tight as mentioned in most reviews. It should be noted that this is not just a narrow entrance but very difficult to manouver around as entrance is on an angle between two buildings with bins and general junk lying around. Very strange that the parking space lierally on the front doorstep belongs to the opposite property. The parking was so difficult that it put us off moving the car for fear of damage.Once inside all was good and tidy. Outside space was disappointing and i spent my first time out there weeding and sweeping to make it usable during our stay. All rooms were clean and tidy and facilities good.
