V disappointing- arrived to find all crockery and kitchen utensils filthy and subsequently discovered dishwasher broken. Master bed mattress dipped massively and v uncomfortable. Barbecue rusted through and unsafe. Info pack out of date and incorrect. Sykes cottage responded quickly during and after our stay, so hopefully there is potential to correct things. In summary, this was our worst ever holiday home rental experience.
