Superb views

A wonderful Umbrian property with spectacular views over the lake. Paola was really helpful and we had a couple of great trips to recommended restaurants. Great relaxing view

The four of us (two couples) rented this spacious 17th century villa situated in the hills above Lake Trasimeno. We were amazed at the views of the town below and the lake. Because it was after the high season, the town and the lake were quiet which is exactly what we wanted. Passignano, the town, was quaint and easily accessible. We’d often find ourselves walking along the lake to find a cafe for lunch or gelato. Paola our host was responsive to our requests (we asked for an extra coffee maker and a microwave). The villa itself was huge and probably much bigger than we needed. It included one down stairs suite and many upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen was very ample and looked like a professional chef’s kitchen with built in grill and deep fryer. The many sitting rooms allowed for a new experience daily. And having a massage room with a professional masseuse was a treat. The only point of caution is that the villa has many steps up and down through out the house. Anyone with mobility issues would have some problems navigating all this house has to offer. The sunsets every night from the pool and back patio never ceased to amaze us! We’d highly recommend this villa.

Sensationelle Aussicht

Wunderschönes altes Ferienhaus mit sensationeller Aussicht auf den Trasimenischen See. Sehr nette und angenehme Gastgeberfamilie, die nebenan wohnt und Fragen umgehend beantwortet, die man aber weder sieht noch hört. Meine Familie und ich haben die zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen.

Simplement extraordinaire

Paola est une hôtesse très attentionnée la maison est vraiment très belle a l’intérieur elle réserve des surprises… les meubles sont aussi de grande qualité. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut serviettes de toilettes serviettes de piscine sèche cheveux… Quand on passe ds le jardin la vue est époustouflante. A ceux qui veulent passer des vacances en famille ou autre n’hésitez pas c’est thé place to be . Merci Paola
