Apartment for 4 people located in Tamariu, 4 minutes walk from Cala de Aigua Xelida.

The apartment is decorated in a practical way, it has two small rooms, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed and a chest of drawers to put clothes.

A renovated bathroom with shower.

A basic kitchen open to the dining room that has a table with chairs and a sofa.

Terrace with table and four chairs that overlooks the sea and the community pool.

This apartment, ideal for spending a few days at the beach, has two strong points: being a three-minute walk from the Xelida and Cala Marquesa coves, spectacular coves ideal for snorkeling and that connect with the coastal path that leads to Tamariu.

A community area that has tennis, a large swimming pool, mini golf, a barbecue area and a children's playground area.

Free WIFI available in the pool area and on the terrace of the apartment.

Tamariu itself is 5 minutes away by car.

Free parking space for one car inside the community.Heating is not available in this apartment.

We advise our guests to travel with car to be able to move to the area and to get to the apartment.

Apartamento sencillo pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La urbanización de ambiente familiar consta de parking privado, pista de tenis y piscina comunitaria. La ubicación es muy cómoda y tranquila. A dos minutos andando de una calita preciosa y del camino de ronda, recorrido impresionante de unos 25 minutos a pie que une dicha cala con el núcleo urbano más cercano, al que en coche se llega en menos de 5 minutos. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy gustosa; la entrada y salida la hemos organizado con el conserje de la urbanización, lo cual ha sido comodísimo. El trato con el anfitrión, ha sido ágil y agradable. La piscina ha sido un puntazo para llevar el calor así como para entretener a nuestro hijo. Hemos vuelto contentos y relajados, muy a gusto.
