There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.

All guests must sign a Rental Agreement after booking. You will be sent a link to click and sign.

- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Saturday 9 am-6 pm and will respond quickly during business hours!
- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
- All guests must be 18+ unless accompanied by a guardian.
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human.
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, Say something.
- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine.
- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine.
- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you.
- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.
- Unfortunately, we can not offer early check-in or late check-out. Thanks for looking!
- Electric fireplace is in service October 1 - April 1
- The road to this cabin is easy by mountain standards but if you're from the flatlands you may consider the road to be steep.

This property is so peaceful. It has become an annual trip and our home away from home. Rocking on the balcony looking into the mountain timber is so peaceful. This property has everything a couple could need. Luke is very prompt in replying to any questions. 10/10 recommendation!

Great cabin for couples

We loved everything about the cabin. It was just what we wanted. Very clean, cozy and very private. We loved the hot tub and the balcony. Also, it's a very short drive to the parkway at Pigeon Forge.

The host messaged us after check out and mentioned that they hadn't heard a peep from us during our stay and that's true because everything was PERFECT! The instructions were so thorough and, upon checking in, everything we could've needed was provided for our stay. We had an amazing time and zero complaints, would not hesitate to book again!

Amazing Couple Get-Away

My husband and I needed an Adults Only Get-Away. This was the perfect place. So relaxing that neither of us wanted to go back to our every day lives. We will be looking into doing this again in the future. The cabin was appointed just as was listed in the description. All we needed was our personal items and food.

Short trip to the mountains. Everything was as listed. Easy check in and all texts were answered quickly. It rained every day and I was sick 2 days but all in all a great trip. Would book cabin again.

The short stay we had was wonderful. It was better than pictured or described. The hill presented troubles related to the snow and ice but the owner was helpful and understanding. Would definitely stay again- clean, nice, hot tub was great, and the bed was comfy! Plenty of space for a couple.

Love this cabin!

Everything was perfect! We loved it!! The only thing that could have made it better would have been cleaner towels. All of the towels had a sour smell. Other than that it was perfect. I would stay here again!

Quiet

We got a code the day before so we could check in early. The place was beautiful. The hill was a bit steep. It was quiet and peacefull and equiped with almost all new amenities (washer, dryer, and dishwasher). Its close enough to town everything is a short drive yet far enough away you don't hear traffic.

Awesome Single Room Cabin

This single room cabin was perfect for 2 people for a mountain getaway! It's well equipped, clean, comfortable and private. Easy drive into Pigeon Forge or on to Gatlinburg. Luke, the host, was very easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. My one disappointment was the fireplace. Wish it would have looked a little more realistic....but not a huge thing at all....it's just me. I would DEFINITELY recommend this cabin!!
