- To respect other guests if anyone smokes in the home, we will know and will make a damage claim for additional cleaning in the amount of $150.

Why Julie Negovan chose Jamison
We chose to build in this Toll Brothers developement because of the location in Central Bucks school district for our children as well as the regional location in the heart of bucks county. The neighborhood is very nice and in one of the safest townships in Pennsylvania. We built this home with our future in mind, improving it, and continue to plan improvements to the property. The projects have been challenging but very complementary to the home. Amorette is our creation with a Toll Brothers foundation.
