Located in Simaxis, a small town in the Oristano area, equipped with all essential amenities (supermarket, tobacco shop, petrol station, ATM, post office, pharmacy, etc., etc.)

The apartment consists of a large open-concept “living/dining room” where, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a convection oven, refrigerator, espresso machine, a TV, and two comfortable sofas, there’s also space to set up a single bed and/or an inflatable double bed in just a few seconds (brand-new and very comfortable).

The apartment is equipped with everything you’d find at home—from linens to cleaning supplies, from cooking pans to shampoo.

Wi-Fi is available in the apartment; I’ll leave a Post-it note with the password upon your arrival.

Guests have free access to the courtyard, which also features a barbecue and tables for outdoor dining.
