The Master bedroom has a dressing area and a full en suite bathroom. There is also a family shower room.
The kitchen is well fitted with a hob & oven and a dishwasher. There is a utility room adjacent with washing machine.

The space
Las Lomas de Conde Luque has a super free-form swimming pool set in beautiful gardens with water features. Also a communal area with chairs, WIFI available in the communal areas only, table tennis ( take your own racquets) and a small gymnasium.
Las Lomas del Conde Luque also has a private spa with heated indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, showers and changing area available in the winter season. Please ask for further information.
Exclusive secure complex with CCTV, telephone entry system and secure underground parking, 3 minutes walk to the nearest Supermarket and 5 mins drive from Benahavis village. This property would suit clients looking for good on-site facilities but within easy access of the great range of bars. restaurants and entertainment available on the coast.
Please note that the availability of pools and any other facilities noted are at the discretion of the community where they are located and are not, in any way under the control of the owner or ACPS. Pool opening dates and times may be controlled by the local authority. No compensation can be given for stated facilities not being available.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES
All guests over the age of 16 must present their passports or identity cards at Check In for scanning and entry onto the local police database as required by law.
Only tenants registered with ACPS are allowed on the property unless authorised in advance by ACPS. You may be charged for unauthorised visitors.
No excessive noise or parties. If there is a complaint you may have a visit from the police and be fined. If the manger has to visit, we will charge 50€ the first hour and 30€ every hour thereafter.
Refuse must be removed daily between 20.00 and 23.00 hours under local bylaws.
This is a strictly non-smoking property. If we find you have been smoking in the property you will incur a fine of 80 euros for extra cleaning.
We do not charge for small incidental damages. We do however expect our tenants to replace small damaged items so the following tents will enjoy the same facilities.
In cases of damage you will incur the following charges.
Maintenance 50 euros the first hour and 30 euros thereafter.
Parts or replacement cost plus 15%.
The property is fully checked prior to your arrival. You must inform us of any issues within 24 hours of inhabiting the property to allow us to rectify any problems.
