This is a very special place to stay with your family. Grandchildren loved the pool. Views outstanding. Check in and out very accommodating. No one wanted to leave. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home. Hope to return soon. If a week in March 2027 opens we wil likely book again.

Pros and cons

The Pros….. this is a beautiful property! It has a completely unobstructed view overlooking the golf course and onto the ocean. The house itself is gorgeous and immaculately clean. The pool area was wonderful and was cleaned twice during the week we were there. The Cons: this was our 6th time in Aruba. Every other place we’ve stayed in offered you a nice assortment of “start up” items…..maybe local coffee and snacks, shampoos, shower gels, etc ….this property offered NO extras, so we had to go and purchase everything except TP and Kleenex. I expected a nice basket of goodies, considering the caliber of this house. Secondly; we spent the first 2 full days with only slightly warm water. I reportedly this immediately and was met with an argument from the owner saying the hot water heater WAS working. All 10 of us had to take quick, cool showers because there wasn’t enough hot water for it to get warm enough for anybody. I was met with an ugly comment from the owner when he said “the water is never cold in Aruba”! This was completely unacceptable. The house manager finally came and checked to find that the hot water heater was barely set on 50%. Once he turned it up, the hot water worked as it should! This happened almost at the end of the 3rd day!! 5 “camping” chairs were supplied for 10 people to take to the beach; not beach chairs. I questioned this and he said he’d bring more, but never did. He told us to use the pool 😡 I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

Hi Jill, Thank you for your review and sorry that especially you were not very happy. We also spoke to other ladies at check-out, and they loved it. We did put some welcome drinks, what we always do, ask your fellow ladies, they already having drinks from our coworker while you were still getting your tour and all the explanation about the whole mansion. We don’t offer shampoos, shower gels in all our accommodations. We don’t advertise with that. If you had asked us in advance, we would certainly have arranged it for you. If you had asked us for a welcome basket for the group and indicated what you wanted in it, we would have arranged that. Through our communications Jill we always mentioned this: Let us know your wishes. Feel free to ask us any questions that you might have and please let us know where we can assist you. We're sure that we can help you with anything that you might require. But you didn’t ! If you had followed the instructions that the showers and hot tub, take some time to warm up, you could all have had a hot shower. As you say, a quick shower, then you do not follow the explanation and instructions and don’t give the hot water some time that it goes to the shower. We went three times when you contacted to see if there was something wrong with the hot water system, but it worked, and the water was hot. We went several times for the heat of the Jacuzzi, and it became hot. But just as we mentioned give it a time. From all our guest till now didn’t complain about this, the heaters are working fine. You could see exactly which beach chairs are present in the house, they are shown in the photo of the advertisement. You asked my colleague for more luxurious beach chairs or sun loungers, he indicated that you could rent them on the beach. As you indicated, you were the tour guide and the one who booked this villa for this group of older ladies. You are also the point of contact. Most guests we spoke to were happy and did not complain about cold water. They also left wonderful messages in the guest book. Good that you stay elsewhere next time, but the other lovely ladies we hope to welcome them back if their travels bring them back to Aruba. Bday and Thanksgiving with Family in Aruba

The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the location, swimming pool, and overall environment. It was not far from all the places we desired to go. I would highly recommend this property. The property manager was excellent. No complaints at all.

Best Vacation Ever!!

What first struck us upon entering “This, One of a Kind, Amazing Aruba Beach House” was the stunning great room view of the Caribbean Sea and Tierra del Sol golf course. This house is HUGE and has two master bedroom suites, and plenty of space for our entire family! The amazing views can be seen throughout the house, and from the second floor balcony which connects the two master bedroom suites. We loved the bright Caribbean colors inside the house. The large pool and spa were actively used by our whole family. We especially enjoyed the lovely ambiance in the evening with the lighting of the pool, spa and gazebo. The wi-fi worked great everywhere in the house and on the pool patio. Marco of Aruba Local Rentals was really helpful, a pleasure to deal with, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. Best vacation ever at “This, One of a Kind, Amazing Aruba Beach House.” 5 Stars!!! We created so many wonderful memories here and look forward to coming back again next year.

This, One of a Kind, Amazing Aruba Beach House VRBO review

It was a true treat to stay at This, One of a Kind, Amazing, Aruba Beach House! Very clean and spacious, with a lot of natural lighting. Everything in the house seems new and we had no issues whatsoever with anything, so we could just focus on relaxing and having fun. This house has a tremendous location. The view of the Caribbean Sea is magical and instantly put us in the state of mind for pure relaxation. We really enjoyed our daily walks to Arashi beach. This breathtaking tropical beach home is adorned with beach accents throughout. Plenty of space with open floor plan, this home is very bright and welcoming. What we loved the most was spending time in the large saltwater pool and saltwater spa overlooking both the Caribbean Sea and the Tierra del Sol golf course. We give this property a 5-star++ rating and we hope we are fortunate enough to stay in this happy house again!
