About this property

Stunning andaluzian 3 bedroom house with sea views — 60 meters from the beach

Our cozy home is a light and spacious 3-bedroom end of terrace villa, part of an exclusive secure gated community with a communal pool, exotic lush gardens and stunning sea views. Built in a traditional Andalusian style, it boasts a living room with fireplace and open plan kitchen opening into a cute private shaded patio where we invite you to dine al fresco or have an evening glass of wine.

Its good sized three bedrooms include one master with an ensuite bathroom, and two doubles sharing a second large bathroom with a bathtub (for those of us with little children to chuck in after the beach!). We offer a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, free Wi-Fi Internet, 2 flatscreen TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. We are happy to provide an extra foldaway bed, cot & highchair if requested.

Our favorite part of the house is the stunning roof terrace with its built-in BBQ, 360-degree views of the sea and mountains, and sun loungers – an ideal setting to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset! The house has its own small private garden, and the communal areas are gorgeous and often empty, making it a lovely and safe place to lounge with children by the pool under the various sun umbrellas offered. The pool is large (about 30 m) and not very deep, and the walk to the beach is about 2 min (we measured it!). All the areas of the complex are pram friendly with ramps for easy access. Whilst a car is not necessary, there is a covered private parking space available at the house if required.

In a few steps one can be at one of the nicest beaches in Marbella, with access to a myriad of chiringuitos (beach bars) and restaurants along the water. You will find it all - trendy, traditional Spanish, Asian fusion, Pizza… We love that this part of the coast still retains a good balance, family friendly yet fun and with plenty of choice for a nice evening out.

Costabella is one of Marbella`s most sought after residential areas. It is about 10 minutes driving from the centre of Marbella and approx. 40 minutes drive from the international airport of Malaga. The area offers beautiful sandy beaches and lovely beach bars and restaurants all along the coast. It is very family orientated, safe and offers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Within 5 minute walking distance of the villa there are several restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a vet and a beauty salon. Nearby you will also find water parks, a zipline tree adventure park, and numerous water sport options.

We love our home and want to ensure you do as well! We speak English, Spanish and German and will be happy to assist you with anything you need.

Perfect location for a family get together

This was a great location for us to meet up with our daughter and her family of 4. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was great for the kids (4 years and a 7 month old). The view from the terrace was lovely and you could even hear the ocean waves. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this spot fora beach vacation.

Amazing apartment - excellent location!

The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodated my friend and with everything we needed. They were extremely fast to answer at all times. The apartment is 3 min walk from the beach and also has a 3rd floor deck where you can see a panoramic view of the sunset. Simply amazing. Highly recommend it!

Very nice villa near the beach

It is a nice unit steps away from a beautiful beach. The grocery store is also walking distance. The unit was very clean and we had everything we needed to prép and cook our meals including a bbq. It is in a quiet secured gated community. We had a problem during our stay of our own doing and the owner was very helpfuk and quick to respond. Renting a car is the way to go. We were able to visit many tourist attractions from here. Beautiful old Marbella was a short drive. I would recommend this villa to my friends.

Awesome Roof Top Terrace

Proximity to beach + sea are priceless. Natalia + Daniel are the most responsive + hospitable hosts we’ve encountered on our 2 mth journey. We were with our 3 adult children for 4 nights over NYE + everyone had their own space if needed. We had a rental car to get groceries + go into Old Town. They had an issue with their cleaning service which resulted in a few unexpected shortcomings. The views from the roof top terrace of the mountains+sunset + the host’s accommodating nature, negated any hiccups during our stay. I would recommend staying in this beach villa.

Relaxing area close to the beach with some nice beach bars

The apartment is located in a secured private street and has a carport. The apartment itself has plenty of room and a nice place to sit and have breakfast or sit at the top of the house to look out towards the see. I don't think that the pictures of the pool area do it justice as it's actually set in a nice little grassy area with lots of shade - our kits almost preferred it to the beach. The area itself is very quiet with the beach only a few minutes walk away. There are loads of little beach restaurants with sun loungers to rent (though I would wander about a bit as some are as little as €8pp and others €30pp!!). The closest (Luuna) has great food and an really lovely atmosphere, but there are also others in both directions along the beach. We didn't try all of them but we would have liked to. Marbella itself is only about 11mins in the car and the area is covered by Uber so it would be relatively easy to get there. The city centre there is small and village like with some good restaurants. There is a medium sized supermarket, pharmacy and 'gift' shop within walking distance, the latter selling everything under the sun. There are a number of larger supermarkets and a shopping mall within driving distance. Overall it is a lovely and relaxing area and suited us very well. Not your typical party bar lined streets. We would certainly like to come back again.

Ein Monat im Februar

Wir waren einen gesamten Monat zu Gast in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und auch weiterhin während der gesamten Zeit sehr nett durch unsere Gastgeber betreut. Wenn uns etwas fehlte, wurde unser Wunsch direkt erfüllt und auch sonst wurden alle unsere Anliegen ernst genommen. Das Haus war sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Fenster und die Küche sollen demnächst erneuert werden, für uns war das Haus aber in der Zeit, die wir hier verbracht haben, ein gemütliches Zuhause, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der lange Sandstrand mit den Restaurants ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Verschiedene Supermärkte sind nicht weit entfernt und von der Schnellstraße bekommt man nichts mit. Hohe Hotelanlagen gibt es in dieser Urbanisation nicht. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Daniel est vraiment une superbe personne, très avenante toujours aux petits soins toujours disponible pour répondre à n'importe quelle solicitation même en urgence type alarme qui se déclenche. Le logement est un havre de paix situé à l'entrée d'un lotissement privé fermé les logements sont le long d'une rue privative à deux accès clôturé par un portail automatique et de l'autre façade un accès piéton le long d'une allée magnifiquement fleurie qui serpente ainsi jusqu'a une superbe piscine privative au lotissement. Les commodités du logement sont infinies ainsi que son agencement, outre de grands espaces et grands volumes une grande place privative pour le véhicule est fortement apprécié, de l'autre coté l'accès donne sur une petite terrasse idéale pour flâner autour d'un verre entre 2 baignades, l'accès à la plage est a 80m donc départ en tenue de plage serviette sous le bras. Le logement est sur 3 étages tout en dallage type marbre au rez de chaussé se trouve un très grand salon , une salle a manger , une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec dépendance machine a laver , lave vaisselle , sèche linge, ainsi qu'un grand wc , au 1er étage sont situés les chambres , la première est une suite parentale avec balcon salle de bain indépendante double vasque lit king size, la seconde dispose aussi d'un lit king size et d'un petit balcon, la 3eme plus petite dispose d'un couchage lit simple et d'un lit superposé les 2 chambres disposent d'une salle de bain commune avec bain wc double vasque le 3ème étage donne sur une terrasse patio extérieure de grande superficie avec une vue majestueuse à 360° sur marbella et son front de mer la mer et de l'autre coté les montagnes, a hauteur des feuilles de palmier, un généreux coin sofa avec table idéal pour l'apéro ainsi que des transats parfait pour bronzer sans vis a vis. Logement entièrement climatisé en somme de superbes vacances je recommande vivement cette location et remercie chaleureusement les propriétaires pour leur extrême gentillesse

We are a large and unusual family of 10: Daniel (a humourous german dad), Natalia (a feisty spaniard), Valentina, Oscar and Charly (our beautiful children), Mozart (our gentle giant cat), Mini, Pinty and Elsa (our three bunnies) and Juan and Carmen (the amazing grandparents that will be sure to bring you fruit and veggies from their nearby huerta!).

It is quiet yet close to everything, in a secure community with many families who live there so no crazy parties or unpleasant crowds.
