The house provides three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, as well as a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed for two and an additional single bed. There is also an entrance hall, a modern bathroom, and a combined utility room with a second toilet. From the living room, you can step directly onto both the large, covered terrace and the expansive open terrace, where you can relax with views of the beautifully maintained garden. This is the perfect spot to fire up the grill, enjoy the peace and quiet, and make the most of sunny days in a tranquil setting. Vellerup Sommerby is especially well known for its child-friendly beach with safe swimming and bathing jetties, making it an excellent location for families. No rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
