The apartment (ground floor with a large covered terrace) consists of a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a twin bedroom with a third bed and a private bathroom, a kitchen-dining area, a large partially covered terrace, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a parking space in the garage.

The highway exit for those coming from the north is Lamezia Terme, Airport, Catanzaro. “La Bouganville” is 15 km away. For those arriving from the south, the exit is Pizzo, and the distance to the house is approximately 15 km. In any case, take State Road 18, and when you reach a large roundabout, continue towards Acconia

The house is located in the centre of Acconia; there are several supermarkets, the closest of which is about 200 m away. A pharmacy is also very close by at the same distance, along with many other businesses: bars, bakeries, pizzerias, restaurants, etc. There is door-to-door recycling.

The house is 2.5 km from the sea and a few kilometres from Pizzo, Tropea (Borgo dei Borghi 2021), and other tourist destinations. In the Curinga area, you can admire the 9th-century Basilian monastery, the 4th-century Roman baths, and the largest and oldest plane tree in Italy—which ranked first in Italy as the most beloved tree and subsequently placed second in the “European Tree of the Year 2021” competition. In addition, Curinga has a very interesting historic centre with its beautiful churches and characteristic narrow streets.
