Amazing villa

Amazing villa, everything you could possibly need while on holiday. Brilliant outside space and dining area. Pool area and decking could do with some improvement..

Well Located, Clean and Modern Villa

This contemporary and luxurious accommodation is perfectly positioned for the beaches and restaurants of Pernera, and just a 15-minute walk from Protaras town centre, along the promenade. The interior is clean and modern, with all necessary amenities and friendly, responsive rental staff on hand if needed. We had some minor issues, but these were sorted almost immediately. We would recommend this villa for couples and families. Although the pool is lovely, the area surrounding has been covered with decking, which is not the best quality installation. There are screws sticking up and loose boards, which is the only thing that prevented me giving a five-star rating.

Location was excellent Property was dirty, cleaners still there at 5.45pm check in 4pm. Dirty hand marks on walls, broken glass and empty water bottles under sofas with dried liquid stains. Broken headboard on single bed, dirty towels, next door villa occupants partying every night from 5pm ---3am this was relayed to Mary te supervisor
