Kings House in a recently modernized and developed apartment block. The building originates from back in 1893 and it has kept all of its outside features and we have kept as many internal ones as we could. The block itself is situated on Shirley high street so everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep & also we're just a 15-minute walk away from Southampton central train station and everything that Southampton has to offer. All the apartments in kings house are light, and modern and have all amenities that a modern serviced apartment should have to offer (and more). Most of our apartments have open-plan living with breakfast bars and stools to really maximize the space and give it that modern more social/relaxed feel. They all have smart TVs and comfortable seating so that you can have that home away from home feeling whether you're on holiday, working, relocating or just simply looking for somewhere to relax. The bedrooms are a great size featuring double beds (king where we can) ensuite bathrooms and ample lighting. All of our accommodation weather it be Southampton City, Shirley or Bournemouth all have high speed internet.
