The Studio Lovely bright Open plan, room for up to 5 & cot or simply spacious & homely for Business use. EV Charger point available at extra charge.
Situated on the ground floor it's a Self-contained apartment adjacent to our property. Which now has it's own private Patio & BBQ Area behind. We are down a private Country lane surrounded by farmland in the beautiful Tamar Valley an area of outstanding natural beauty. Ideally situated to visit both Devon & Cornwall, with both North & South Coasts 30 mins and Bodmin Moor on the doorstep. 1 x king-size bed, 1 x Double bed with Single Bunk over. Small kitchenette area with microwave with grill, toaster, fridge with icebox., kettle, 2 ring hotplate .Dining table & Chairs, and Wet Room. Family-friendly with Baby bath, high chair, change mat & Travel Cot. Sofa seating area, Large Smart TV with NETFLIX /Freeview/DVD. and
Outside Private Terrace BBQ, bistro table & chairs. Level access, parking space in the carport or on our own private lane. You can also use our own private Tiny Wood & Firepit. EV charging available at small charge.
Breakfast £ 10 per adult, £ 6 per child, Evening Meals from £ 10.50 - £ 15.95 pp +, Italian Style Handmade Pizza Menu. All diets catered for, ( Please advise us in advance) Children's Menus. Breakfast £6, Dinner £8 under 12's.
Cream Tea/Takeaway Picnics all available by prior arrangement.
Check-in after 4 pm.
Check out by 10 am. Early check-in/Late Check out can be arranged at an extra charge if we have availability.

I can't praise this place enough. Everything about it was quality. The room was large, comfortable, airy and clean, the hosts were friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive, the breakfasts and dinners were to die for. 6 out of 5.

Hidden gem

We had a great stay at Tracys' accomodation. She is a great host and very friendly and helpful, and the property is spotless and very well presented. We had everything we needed and there were lots of little touches to make you feel at home. We were only there 1 night which was a shame as it would've been good to spend a bit longer there. Highly recommended.

Cute property in a convenient location

I stayed here with my husband and 10 year old during the May 2021 half term. The size of the property, and its amenities, was just right for the three of us. It was a reasonably priced (particularly in view of the cost of UK holiday accommodation in a Covid world) and convenient location for us to visit the beautiful coastal villages of Padstow, Looe, Fowey and Polperro. The hosts were super friendly and on-hand to provide local information or anything else you might need. Arriving to find milk in the fridge and being gifted a beautiful bunch of flowers when we left was a nice touch!

Tracy was a very attentive and kind host. the accommodation was fine although we did miss an ice compartment in the fridge and the kitchen area very small. the only negative was not being able to access the patio area without going out the front and around the house.

A Beautiful Studio

This Studio is bright and airy, lovely for a family getaway in an ideal position for Devon and Cornwall. The Hosts made us feel very welcome and go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. Should you have the evening meal we can fully recommend their cuisine, it is second to none. This property is very clean and well maintained. Would recommend this location for its proximity to the great walking area of Kit Hill. Great mining area with very nearby Mines and local Swingletree Pub for good value meals. We will be back there soon and have recommended it to all our friends and family.
