Great Christmas break

We had a lovely Christmas break in this house! The beds were very comfortable, and the power show a great addition too. The two lounge rooms worked well for us and the table tennis in the garage was a further bonus.

The property was large with good parking, lovely garden and comfortable beds. Cleanliness could have been better some of the crockery etc was dirty and items chipped. Some utensils need replacing, we wouldn’t use them. The property had good bed linen, pillows etc. and a nice towels. However, the property needs a bit of decorating, paint in hallway flaking off the walls, and shower cubicle tray needs a little updating. Settee in dining room had stains on it but was large and comfortable.Overall a nice property and we had a lovely time. Southwold is very close as is the local shop. Quiet area and easy to get too.

4 lovely bedrooms. decoration needs refreshing and some repairs needed. Some equipment in poor condition. Great garden for family and dog.

A few days in Southwold

The house really suited our needs, and had everything we needed, the boys (young and old ) loved the table tennis. Very clean, comfy beds, very spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only negative, but it did not affect our stay, the front garden was untidy. The back garden was amazing.
