Lage mit schönem Ausblick

Anlage mit Pool ist sehrgut gepflegt.Ausreichend Stellplätze für Fahrzeuge.Anfahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.Wohnungen sind sauber aber etwas hellhörig.Balkon liegt bis nachmittags im Schatten, für Januar und Februar nicht so gut.Ausstattung ist ok.Fazit: uns hat es gut gefallen.

Die Finca ist super schön, sauber und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Straße zur Finca ist so eng, dass nur ein Auto hindurchpast trotz Gegenverkehr. Daher der Abzug in der Bewertung.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Die Finca befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Zu Fuß erreicht man Puerto de la Cruz (Supermarkt) in 30 Min., den sehr schönen Strand in 10 Min. und zwei gute Restaurants in 5 Min. Man sollte dennoch ein dabei Auto haben, denn mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man nicht bis zur Wohnung. Die Sicht von der Terasse auf das Meer (ca. 1km) und den Teide ist phantastisch. Die Wohnung und der Aussenbereich sind sehr sauber. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung geräumig und gut geeignet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und das Wasser angenehm.

Sehr angenehm, nette Veermieter, Anlage sehr gepflegt. Ab 14.00 kommt die sonne auf den Balkon. Morgens war der Teide zu sehen.
