Clean and modern

Sheltered (not much direct sunshine in winter) but peaceful riverside setting. Clean & modern apartment. Walk into town via river path but car useful/essential. Good shops and restaurants in town or access via excellent bus services. No conventional oven but otherwise reasonably equipped kitchen
