Olvídate de las preocupaciones en este espacio amplio y sereno. Junto al hermoso pueblo de Arcos de la Frontera y justo enfrente del lago de Arcos, esta casa tradicional 4 amplios dormitorios ,con piscina privada y vistas excepcionales, es un lugar ideal para desconectar.

En los meses de verano solo se aceptaran reservas de lunes a domingo, reservar solo el fin de semana no se aceptara.Con la excepción en Agosto, que se puede reservar del 6 al 8

No loud music, especially between 2pm till 6pm (siesta) and again after midnight. Any noise complaints will be the responsibility of the guest.

Notre séjour s’est passé à merveille ! La maison est incroyable ! Elle correspond parfaitement aux photos (elle est même mieux en vrai!). Monica et son papa on été adorables, super réactifs et aux petits soins ! Un tout grand merci à Jose Antonio pour son accueil si chaleureux! On espère pouvoir revenir vite dans ce splendide lieux !

Excelente casa con una ubicación inmejorable. La villa perfecta al igual que su propietaria. Lo mejor las vistas a un lugar idílico al igual que tranquilo ideal para pasar unas vacaciones perfectas

Très bon séjour à Arcos chez Monica

Bonjour, nous avons passé 4 jours formidable s à Arcos de la frontera. La maison est très agréable et située dans un quartier calme prés d'un lac. Après l'effervescence de Séville, cordoue et grenade, ça a fait un bien fou de se retrouver en famille dans cette belle maison. Merci à monica pour son accueil et les petites attentions.

I am from the town of Arcos de la Frontera, I grew up close to where the house is situated. I now live in Scotland with my husband and 2 boys. My family help me look after the property and will meet you to give you the keys.

Why they chose this property

The house was built in 1999 and it has been with us since beginning of 2020. Although we have only owned it for a few years, this property has a lot memories. I used to live about 200 metres from here and before it was built, the land it sits on was my playground.

The name of the house is Casa Alba, because Alba is gaelic for 'Scotland' (my husband is Scottish) and in Spanish Alba means 'Sunrise'.

What makes this property unique

You can fish in the reservoir across from the house and only 200m away, you will find the yacht club and a beach (next to the lake, not the sea) with fine sand. You can also swim in the reservoir and do water sports.

In just 3 km you reach Arcos de la Frontera, where you can enjoy the wonderful sights and gastronomy.
